A $60 non-refundable deposit covering the cost of processing fees is included in the price of your registration.

If cancelled by April 5: We will retain the $60 deposit to cover the cost of processing fees; the rest will be returned in full.

If cancelled by May 1: 50% reimbursement of registration. Due to limited space, we are only able to refund lodging if the room is rebooked by another attendee.

If cancelled by May 15: 25% reimbursement of registration cost. Due to limited space, we are only able to refund lodging costs if the room is rebooked by another attendee.

After May 30: We will no longer be able to offer refunds on registration due to limited space and budgeting. We are only able to refund lodging costs if the room is rebooked by another attendee.
